Our practice offers comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on lifetime prevention. We use the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry, periodontal care, implant dentistry, and orthodontic treatment. Your comfort and dental health are foremost in our minds. Establishing lasting relationships with our patients, based upon mutual trust and open communication, is an important factor. We are always happy to meet new patients, and it gives us great satisfaction to know you believe in our services enough to recommend us to your friends. Meet Dr. Farmer Dr. Peter Farmer was born in Frankfurt, Germany. He attended the Gymnasium in Bad Nauheim, studied at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France, and completed college at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He then attended University of California, San Francisco, where he graduated from the School of Dentistry in 1998.Peter is a third-generation dentist. He carries on the tradition of quality dental care that his grandmother and grandfather, both dentists in Germany, began over 90 years ago. His mother, also a dentist, passed on the passion for beautiful teeth to him. Peter completed a general practice residency at Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. After he expanded his skills in hospital dentistry for one year, he pursued his German dental license and the Oregon dental license. Returning to San Francisco in 2000, Peter worked for other dental offices in the Bay Area. He then started planning his own office to establish a practice primarily devoted to comprehensive dentistry, with an emphasis on esthetics, function, and conservation and preservation of teeth for a lifetime. In his spare time Peter raises puppies for Guide Dogs For The Blind. Jennifer Creelman always wanted to be a dentist. After being traumatized by seven years of orthodontics and oral surgery, she was determined to not only become a dentist, but to be the most compassionate dentist she could be. Dr. Creelman graduated from University of California, San Diego in 1994 with a BS in Physiology and Neuroscience and a minor in sociology. While in dental school, Dr Creelman, along with a few students and Faculty members, co-founded an outreach program, S.C.O.P.E. (Student Community Outreach for Public Education) which has subsequently grown to be a successful public education program at UOP School of Dentistry. Dr. Creelman graduated from UOP in 1998.Dr Creelman has always been committed to treating underprivileged patients and spent several years working in public health, first at Marin county Dental Services and then at Tom Waddell Homeless Clinic. She also wrote grants and worked for the PAES program, which provided free dental work as a part of the welfare to work program. Caring for patients is her greatest joy and she is privileged to be a dentist alongside Dr. Peter Farmer. Meet Napali Napali is Peter's "Guide Dog for the Blind" puppy in training. She is a lovely yellow labrador retriever. We are hoping that in May she will advance into the formal training program to become a guide. During puppy raising she comes to the office for socialization and supports Denise at the reception. Whenever she is wearing her green vest, she is "working". We thoroughly enjoy the warm energy she brings to the office. |
