Please pick up your tooth and hold it from the crown. Avoid handling the tooth by the root. Rinse the tooth briefly with running water or milk and place the tooth back into the socket if you can or in a clean container with milk or a saline solution. Then, call us and go to our office immediately. Remember that time is of the essence in the success of reimplanting your tooth back to your jaw.

If you think you lost a filling or a crown, try to find it anywhere near you and place it in a clean container or storage bag, then call our office immediately to have it checked and see if we can still cement it back to your teeth or if it's damaged, you might need a new one.
